Before you book
How do I buy a bus ticket on ZamTicket?
Search your route and date, choose a departure, pick your seat and boarding point, then pay. Your QR ticket appears in the app and on the website under My bookings.
How can I pay?
With MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money, from the number you enter at checkout. You approve the payment on your phone; the ticket is issued once the payment is confirmed.
Do I need to print anything?
No. Show the QR ticket on your phone at boarding — in the app or under My bookings on the website.
What if I pay and the seat is no longer available?
If a payment is confirmed but the seat can no longer be issued, the amount is recorded as owed to you and support contacts you to settle it — with a ticket on another departure or a refund to the number that paid.
Can I book a room as well?
Yes. Lodges, hotels and guesthouses listed on ZamTicket can be reserved online for the dates you choose.
